When I got my OTG six years ago it came with stainless steel cooking grates with the hinged access, just wondering if these are still available anywhere. All of the ones that I found on line are the plated steel ones, and I would like to find the original ones.

I just picked up a nice 13 pound choice grade at the smart and final in pleasant hill today at 2.59 pound. They had a good selection.

I am also an avid lurker here on the site and I have learned so much over the past month, there is a lot of great information here and some very helpful people. This site has definitely improved the quality of food in my house.

Use them, I have pulled things out of my freezer that were a lot older than that and never had a problem or complaint. As long as they were froze before the use date and was frozen in good packaging.
