use or freeze by date on Ribs?

might sound a little dumb but, was gonna do some ribs tomorrow and I pulled them out of the freezer said to use or freeze by 11/30/11. since they have been in the freezer since I bought them (well before the date) anyone see a problem with cooking them? have never worried about it with beef but just wondering on spare ribs? thanks.
 
Aslong as you freeze them to expire date i would never enen give it a thought. If im @ the store and finding some good looking steaks i pick the ones that are going to expire first(aslong as they look as good as the others). More tender´n´better tasting!

With freezing you stop the ageing.

No worries...Cook em...And stock up when they are on sale and freeze!
 
Use them, I have pulled things out of my freezer that were a lot older than that and never had a problem or complaint. As long as they were froze before the use date and was frozen in good packaging.
