    Boiled Eggs

    I have smoked eggs on my kettle.I used only 7 coals on one side of my bottom grate and place the dosen eggs on the other side of my top grate. I smoked them for 1 hour adding hickory chips twice during the smoking.The color of the eggs came out to be a nice amber color.HAPPY BBQ

    Johnsonville Brats?

    I like to to brown the brats first, then place them in a pan with beer, butter,onions, green pepper,and saurkraut.Then let them simmer for a good 30 minutes.Take the brat out of the brine and top with saurkraut, green pepper, and onion.Then enjoy with a couple of cold beers.Life is good!HAPPY BBQ

    Family pack of Country Style Spareribs

    On the method that I just mentioned is not low and slow. I am talking about indirect heat,25 coals on each side of your weber grill with an aluminum drip pan in the middle.Place your preferd soaked wood chunks on top ofthe coals.I know this is not bbq,but the results will be great.HAPPY BBQ

    I would sugest the next time you do country style spare ribs on the weber kettle is to grill indirect for about one and a half hours.Rub the ribs with your favorite rub and do not brush anything on them until the last 30 minutes.HAPPY BBQ

    Hi Cy.Just a little helpfull hint on your gas grill to help prevent flare ups.Preheat your grill for atleast 5-10minutes befor grilling. When you are done grilling leave your grill on 5-10 minutes. This will help burn off someof the grease.HAPPY BBQ
