    EP 330 not lighting

Thanks guys. I'll try Tom's suggestion and if that doesn't work I'll go with a new ignitor kit.

    EP 330 not lighting

My 2011 Weber Genesis EP330 is acting funny. The very first burner (far left side) wont light. The sear station, 2nd and 3rd burners light fine, so I know the push button igniter is working. Any ideas? I'm guessing the ignitor at the burner is faulty. Any have any experience replacing these?

    Cleaning

Depends on how ofter you use the grill and what you cook. as LMichaels said most importantly keep the grease trays clean. I use my grill from about April - Nov. at the end of the season I'll scrap out the firebox and shop vac it clean, make sure the grease trays a clean and bring the grates...

Anyone tried these? Red Brick Farms pork ribs

Wow. that's great, but I think that's more the exception than the rule - at least around here in New England anyway where we don't have a large meat proccessing industry. However when it comes to seafood it's pretty easy to get fresh, non frozen fish. I wonder if that's true for areas of the...

    Genesis 320's discountinued?

What's the difference between the CEP (Canadian Edition Premium) and the EP (Edition Premium) that is sold here in the States?...other than the letter "C" they appear to have the same features (stainless steel grates and falvor bars)?

Is there a Made in USA cast iron grate option?

I checked with Graycourt and they do indeed manufacture in China.

Anyone tried these? Red Brick Farms pork ribs

There shouldn't be a problem if they are frozen. I bet dollars to donuts the ribs the butcher pulls out of the deli case were frozen and cyro vaced. :)

    Genesis 320's discountinued?

Right. The entire Genesis line was changed to the front to back burner configuration. 310: 3 burners 320 3 burners, side stove 330: 3 burners, side stove, sear station. Now it seems it's only the 310, or 330.

    Bought a new Genesis E320 !

That's the newer style. I've heard the side to side burners are prefered by some, but I too have the front to back configuration and love the grill and haven't had any concerns with using a rotisiare, or temp control. Congrats on the new grill. You'll love it!

    Bought a new Genesis E320 !

John, Are the burner knobs on the front of the grill, with the burners running front to back, or are the knobs located on the side of the grill, and the burners running side to side? As far as the grates go, if you don't grill in the winter, bring them in, and give them a light coating of...

    Genesis 320's discountinued?

Lmichaels, I thought post 2011 (or so,) all three models of the Genesis line had the North -South burner configuration.

    Genesis 320's discountinued?

In another Gas grill thread on this forum, we were discussing the grates on the E320, I did I quick Google search to check if they were CI or PC and saw a few search results that suggested the 320 is being discontinued?! Looks like you can either get the 310 (3 burners, no side, no sear) or...

    Bought a new Genesis E320 !

I have the SS grates and think they're great! (grate? lol) They clean up nicely, no rust, and give a great sear. Does the E 320 come with Cast Iron, or Porcelin Coated Cast Iron? I never had great luck with the PCCI, they'd start to flake after a few years. You really need to be careful...

Rehab of 2008 Weber Genesis E-320 with Major Rust and Corrosion

Wow. what a score! It's an older one, at has the East -West burner config (which many folks who rotisaire prefer) and if it only needs a cleaning....well how can you beat that? Congrats!

    Cover included?

What's funny is Home Depot doesn't even sell a cover for the WSM. Just because I find it so stupid that they automaticly put the phrase on each grill, i'd go buy the grill from Lowes (which specfically states the cover is included) and then write a note to HD saying how you would have like to...

    Cover included?

I bought my 18.5 " several years ago and the cover was included. The same was true with my 22" that I got two years ago. I just checked Amazon and the product description says the cover is included. I don't know why on the home depot site is saying the cover is sold seperatly. I have a...

    WSM Minimal Smoke Ring Theory

I've never had a problem with smoke rings. Sure, sometimes the ring is more pronouced than other times. For the past several years I cooked on both the 18 or 22.5 inch, been involved in many on line forums and never heard any one saying the WSM inherently has a problem with smoke rings. I...

    WSM (22.5") arrives tomorrow!

I fill the pan up regardless of how many racks I am cooking. Others may tell you differently. I also foil the pan so that clean up is a bit easier. It's pretty straight forward given you've done them on weber grill. I'd be curious to hear how you did after your cook and what you noticed...
