    I usually try to attach it to the top grate, as close to the middle as you can get it. Obviously you will have some meat on there, so put it a couple inches away from the meat. You want to know that the temperatures right there around the meat are at 225, your target temp.

    I am looking to buy a ATC and I am leaning towards the Auber. I am trying to find some videos of one being set up and used on a WSM. Doesn't seem to be any on YouTube currently. Could anybody link me to a video, or make one for me? I would love to see one in action before I decide on buying...
