    J, I just sent you his email address. The sauce is wegmans brand tropical bbq,kinda like mango/pineapple flavor with some heat on the back end. My kids really like it more than your typical bbq sauce. I make a different sauce for pulled pork. Let me know if you don't get my email.

    These are the last pics i got - i forgot the memory card at home like a bonehead AGAIN Anyway the pulled pork was juicy and tender, came home with 4 lbs. left over. Nothing else was left, just rib bones. Larry i work for a local construction company with about 12 people in our group.

    Butts are done and resting in a dry cooler, Ribs still on WSM. I will sauce those about in 1 1/2 hrs. Wild storm last night with even better lightning. The pics are of the butt getting wrapped and the ribs going on at 4am

    Butts on at 7pm. Apple wood for the entire cook. Severe weather issued from the weather channel tonight and looking at the current radar is not looking so nice, couple hours away though. You smokers from buffalo are getting it right now. Going outside to sip some beers and wait for the storm.
