I bought my genny silver B for $50.. i cleaned it up..
OMG .. its the best.. i bought a rotis yezterday for it.. other than that it needs zero Parts it works like new and the grates are perfect on it.
It has the porcelain coated stamped steel grates.
What is the best way to take care of them every time I use the grill. .?
Can I wire brush them like I do my charcoal grates when they are hot or is there some other way to clean them?

Just wire brush them. Another way that works well on them is to use a piece of crumpled up foil. Than you don't have to worry about bristles in your food (if you're one who worries about that) only getting Alzheimer's from the aluminum deposits on the grates LOL
