Yellow Ranger

Hi, I'm Linda D from Chicagoland. Last week I was given an unusual grill. I have owned Weber charcoal grills for 50 years, but had never seen a wheelbarrow configuration! I obtained the grill to give to my son who lives in a medium size courtyard apartment building where there is a little concrete area to grill, but the fenced (not secured) area is the entrance from the parking area. I have a feeling it would be stolen, so instead of giving it to my son, I'd rather sell it and buy a less conspicuous grill. I'm writing this at night, so I'll have to post pictures later. I investigated the unusual grill and found it is called a ranger - it was produced in the 1970s. It's in pretty good condition.

I would rather trade it for something less conspicuous or sell it outright, then buy a suitable Weber for my son. I've seen a range of prices and don't want to gouge anyone, but also not give it away.

The Ranger is a version of the Ranch grill. The Ranch is still available. Your's was version of the Ranch that made it easy to move around. They have a really nice, large diameter. About 36" Try to preserve that "mobile" version of the Ranch. The fact that it is yellow makes it an even better find IMHO
