Maybe this was posted before, but I came across an aluminum water pan cover on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B01DE6NBTS/tvwb-20

I bought one and it's made of heavy duty aluminum and fits snuggly inside the water pan. I wish it fit over the pan, but I still think it's a good product. It's really easy to cover with foil though.

Wonder if a pizza pan would work here?
