WSM owner moving to a weber One Touch kettle

I have always turned out decent grilled items from my cheapo grill, but have coveted my WSM for a few years. after having time to play with mine, I got a Weber one touch 22 inch. I can't wait. Will break it in this weekend. Can't wait!

I too played around with the elchepo grills for years.I got a performer a while back and thats all I use now for grilling and smoking.
