I hooked up a Linksys Wireless WET11 Bridge, followed instruction and so I could see if I can control the Stoker. However, every once in a while I get a Stoker Not Responding message and the system freezes up.
I think that has to be my fault, because I wanted to stress and push the system to see its full capabilities. I would tell the Stoker to increase temp to 350 F to check to see if fan would turn on. Then after a few minutes turn the pit temp to 200 F to see if fan shuts off.
I would also ask for twitter messages every 5 min.
In a real cooking situation I would not be pushing the unit any where near what I did. Overall I am Super Happy, and I had zero problems in getting the Stoker to work over my wireless network.
Next week is spring break, can we BBQ!
