With Stoker on, my internet connection is lost

I hardwire my stoker with a cat5 cable to my Netgear router. I then access Stokerlog program with my laptop. Recently the problem I'm having is when my stoker is "on" I lose all access to the internet on my desk top pc or other wireless devices. If I power it "off" I get the access to the internet back.
This has'nt happened until my last 2 cooks. I've had my stoker for 3 years and never had a problem. Any ideas?
 
Is the stoker set to static IP address? I am wondering if you have IP address conflict with your PC.
