In about 30 minutes my buddy Jason and I head for Idaho for the Idaho state BBQ championship contest in Coeur De Aleine. I got a new damper system for the red one touch i picked at a garage sale three weeks ago and installed that yesterday. I also got my babies bottom touched up! The 2000 performer i have owned since new got everything new form the damper down including a nice new black ash catcher bowl! These are my old standbys and there loaded to go!
