Wireless access to HM from Android/Windows client

I'm a networking ignoramus. Now that we have that out of the way
This is what I see from my wired network.

From a wireless client - under "Available" on windows laptop, it gives me "timeout" on android devices I get "error".

I turned off the dnsmesg service, but, that didn't make any difference.
I'm at a loss on what to try next?

Also, I downloaded Pitdroid and it doesn't update the data off my HM either, I'm assuming for the same reason,...

Says it is unreachable from android or windows wireless clients.

Something to check is if your wireless router has AP isolation or client isolation enabled. This is used to prevent wireless clients from talking to each other.

I think that is it. I've got a multi-AP wireless network at the house with an HP Wireless Controller managing it all. I'll check that out,..

Is your wireless client and Android on the same subnet as your HM?
