Wings on the Rib-o-lator

I am going to cook wings on the rib-o-lator that is on the gasser. First question is how long to cook the wings and at what temp. Second question is what rub can I use that will not add heat to the wing as I will be tossing in wing sauce after they come off the grill.

Just make a basic rub of s&p, garlic, onion, etc.... I would cook at 250-300 for 1.5-2.5hrs till you get the look your after. If you have a good instant read digital thermo shoot for 180-190ish so the tough stuff breaks down.

Hope this isn't too late and is helpful!

here is what i do. i marinate them in wishbone Italian dressing (this is the best brand)overnight then i coat them with Montreal steak seasoning and then put them on the rib-o-lator for about 1hr at 300-325 grill temp. after an hour you won't have to temp them because they reach proper temp at about 30-40 min. this combo my sound weird but i guarantee you they will disappear faster than a trailer park in a hurricane. trust me on this, it works.
