My girlfriend and I went to whole foods in Hinsdale, IL on Sunday night to get something to grill. We got some bone in 1.5" thick already marinated/rubbed pork chops. These were honestly the best chops I've ever had. Sweet, spicy, smoky, moist.
All I remember from the meat counter tag was a cider based marinade and a BBQ rub.
Any help on this recipe would be much appreciated!
