In my opinion, yes definitely. If for no other reason than those #9930 Cooking Grates.
Cookbox could be compromised near the burner tube holes, or might not.
Also, I would gladly purchase some of the parts of it from you if you do snag it, so please let me know. Thanks!

It appears to be a NG unit if that means anything to you. As John said, probably worth it for the grates alone. The igniter switches are somewhat valuable as well and who knows, it may actually still have a decent cook box.
1st generation Summit
It needs lots of work and it’s probably Natural Gas.
My unsentimental top price is $20. Free is better
If you really want love that grill and are willing to put in the work $75.00 is not unreasonable. Bear in mind parts are hard to come by.

Doesn't look in all that bad of shape to my eyes. Especially if the firebox is good. I don't see any signs that flames have been coming out of the front. So likely intact or at least intact enough for those patches Jon had made for these grills. And honestly just the grates are worth the $$$$. Maybe you can snag it for $50. Worst case you install those patches or you have some AWFULLY good grates
