What grill is this????

Has anyone ever seen one of these grills? Has the bottom the part between the pit and log just been modified? I found it on CL in an area that I will be traveling through soon.

The bottom part looks like a brake rotor and unless it's been turned down, is probably original. Good Luck! :)

Looks like a brake rotor to me as well. The vents in the rotor permit air flow to the lower portion of the grill. Unless there is a plate on the bottom of the rotor, the hot ash will fall to the bottom and onto the wood stump.
 
yep, a very sad lookin kettle on a vented rotor. gotta give them props for trying to extend its life. not really worth much at all. the stump might be worth more.
