Just finished building my HeaterMeter 4.3 w/ thermocouple yesterday. Shocked as all get out when it worked on the first power up!

Did some testing last night and a wee bit of PID tuning and got things tuned up nicely. Now I need to explore the other capabilities some more...

Cooking beef ribs tonight as the maiden cook!

Nice, always a good feeling when a project powers up the first time and actually works. Enjoy the new norm of not having to mess around with the smoker every half an hour to keep it at just the right temp!
