Some simple weeknight cooks this week.
Sometimes earlier this week:
Some baked potatoes with salmon on the kettle.
And tonight:
Some chicken and Pepperonata on the spirit.
And a look inside the pot:

I am falling back in love with the spirit. You just can cook anything and everything on it. Cleanup is easy. Now that I have a dutch oven for it, I truly have an outside kitchen. Still, the kettle produces better results when you put in the effort. But sometimes you just don't have energy for effort.
