A match made....fits perfectly. Going to stow the propane base now.

As a test, did some smashburgers with the trimming leftover from brisket and a striploin roast I cut into steaks - Summit was easily able to hold the surface at 500 degrees - better than the propane burner can!

Man that does really fit perfect! I love using my CI griddle, I have a thick rib eye that is waiting to be reverse seared on the griddle in the kettle here soon.
