If it is in decent shape $100 is very reasonable.

I need to figure out how to run a gas line to the rear. Natural gas grill will be on hold.

I have a natural gas grill. I love not having to full with tanks anymore. I was lucky, my gas line ran along the wall in the basement right behind my grill. It was so easy to tee off of it and run a line outside.
