Weber Grilling Accessories

for my charcoal grills I use a big wad of ss wool or scrub. for my q I use a ss painters brush. I no longer do beer can style chicken so no idea on that item. but its ss and for that price it might be worth getting.

That spring style scrubber gets a lot of praise as a good alternative to regular bristles. I am a big fan of the old school Weber triangle grill brush. I have yet to see a bristle come out of mine in well over a year of heavy use. Just about time for a new one.

Personally not a fan of the vertical chicken, so I wouldn't spend the money on the other, either.

That said, I will put in a strong endorsement for all Weber accessories in general. I have a Q trivet...which is a small cooking grid. I don't know what kind of stainless it is or how it is finished, but of all the cooking grids I have ever used, this is by far the most stick resistant and the easiest to clean. I just bought a small stainless vegetable basket. Build quality, material quality and product design are all first class.

Addresses must have changed, I saw a grate brush and a poultry roaster. Weber is a good brand and I'd use their products. I bought a WSM and a Weber Performer and I would never look back or would ever look elsewhere for BBQ stuff.

After reading this article: http://amazingribs.com/tips_and_technique/debunking_beer_can_chicken.html Beer can chicken does not make any sense. I prefer spatchcocking them anyhow

Thanks everyone for the replies. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Weber brush. I've decided to not purchase the roaster.
