Weber gourmet system sear grate.

Hey guys and gals. I just pick up the gourmet system with CI sear grate from weber. I won it through a promotion at work. Do I need to know anything special about this system. Any thoughts?

"Do I need to know anything special about this system." - YES you do. Whatever you do dont unpack it. It need to be installed in a perfect order not to cause any harm. Send it to me. And i will se what i can do.

Not really anything to think about i guess..The Ci comes pre seassoned.

1) Make sure the ci grate is HOT
2) Put on a quality steak 2-3 min /side
4) Enjoy!
