What is a EP-310 NG version grill worth used in pretty good condition? I may have located one and its a Special edition model with the stainless grates and etc. Not sure what they go for used or a good price is. I have been looking to buy one new but found this one today..

Thanks for any help on this guys.

There is no "blue book" for grills. It is kinda "seat of the pants". New this is about a $800 grill so figure it from there

Yeah I knew that..LOL The guy is asking 400 for it and was just trying to figure a ball park price for 3yr old used grill....The news ones I looked at were 849 but have front to back burners now vs side to side..

Front to back burners started in 2011, prior to that they were side to side. If the one you are looking at is side to side it’s at least 3 years old.

The last one I saw on CW was an LP EP-330 and 500 was the asking price.

That one is 2011 or newer and cost about 850 new. An EP-310 from that year cost about 750 new.

I have found that NG grills are harder to sell then LP’s at least in my area so factor that in as well.

400 seems a little high to me, mostly because it’s an older east west and it’s a 310 not a 330.

Thanks for the info...

The special edition was an extra $50 and lands you the SS grates/SS flavorizer bars/ Special Edition badging/ and the gray & brick red color.
I flipped a (LP) E-310 this past spring and sold it for 300 the day it was listed. But, it was extremely clean and had new SS flavorizer bars installed.
Since this is the 'older' design (not really, but) and NG, you should be able to use that as bargaining chips. But, 400 is still a lot better than 800+

Or,,, if you really want to have THE grill... Doesn't come any better than the top of the line Summit. 600 bucks...
C'mon Mike, it's only a long day trip here and back...

Thats a beast and a little big for my wife and I....LOL I have a brother in law that lives in DC and I refuse to drive around there as the traffic is horrid.

Its black in color and the special edition question now comes to mind as not being one..Manual pic states model # 89479 with a AD yr code that they sent me. It does have stainless grates and not cast ones...
What makes you say that? The special edition came with SS rod style grates and also SS flavorizer bars. Other than that, it's pretty much a standard E-310
Remember, the special edition was only 50 bucks additional and offered in the same standard colors plus 2 additional.

It kinda cracks me up the seller won't negotiate on price, but doesn't have NG and can't use it. lol

It made me think it may be not as he now dropped it all from the description.

Glad he didn't budge on this grill or price. Look what I just scored for 34.00 more NIB today.....$434.00 for a $800.00 grill aint bad..LOL. I wish it was a EP-330 but for this price and NG I can deal with it :) Bad part is I have to wait till Nov to go pick it up at my daughters house .

You got that for a fantastic price I never saw one any where near that cheap. I wish you the best of luck with it.

Since I have had mine I cook things like pizzas and baked potatoes on it where I used to do them on charcoal.

You said you would rather have an EP, you can make yours an EP by buying two parts.

Grill grates 7528 for about 120 dollars
Flavorizer bars 62784 about 40 dollars

You probably could get a few bucks for you iron grates especially if they are un used.

Yeah it was a steal and I almost lost out on it to another person..I was looking last night for the parts to do the swap over to make it a EP. I had found the grates but not a part number for the flavorizer bars. Thanks for listing that part number for me.
Its going to be worth the drive to daughters to go get it :)

Why not just use as is and get your $$$ worth outta what you have? The FB's will go a looong time. My originals lasted like 8 years with HEAVY grilling. And the CI grates I will lay odds with a little care will give you 10. THan get on Ebay and look up RCplanebuyer. Have him make you some replacements that are even better than OEM and less $$$ too
