Weber Genesis Gold C Side Burner Issue "Wont' light!"

I just picked up a Weber Genesis Gold C and the side burner will not light. The grill itself lights with the ignition. The side burner is not getting any propane as it won't light with the igniter or a match. Any ideas?
 
Is the gas line plugged in? My Silver C burner has a LPG coupler, and because of the seal it takes two hands to couple it up.
 
Air, fuel ignition. One thing missing no fire. I doubt you're missing air :D and you have ascertained ignition so something is missing. Fuel. Start working back from the burner to the fuel tank/supply
 
Bought a Silver C that the side burner wouldn’t light. Turned the knob and felt slight resistance so thought the valve was turning. Nope! It was seized and the knob was stripped out. When I turned I off it settled into its notch position and felt like a detent so it completely fooled me until I removed the cover panel and found the issue. Can’t believe the side didn’t split on the knob first.
