I just recently had my first experience with Weber customer service. And I'm very happy to report it was an excellent experience. I called in to check on getting a new probe for my two year old digital "talking" thermometer. I was told they no longer make that model and in it's place I would be receiving a new style digital thermometer. First off I was shocked that they would offer an upgrade with no catch, but secondly it is no surprise why we are as LOYAL to Weber as we are with that kind of customer care/support. No questions in my head Weber will continue to be my grill's of choice!!!! 4 and counting! Thanks Weber CS
