Gotta love Weber cust. service.
I bought a NIB copper grill from another party, opened it and put it together and there was a chip on the bowl on the inside. Called Weber, and they are sending a replacement for it today ! No questions asked !!
Just another reason I LOVE Weber !!!
 
You are lucky they still had some copper ones in stock. I just had them replace my brick red bowl and was informed they no long had any instock.

And you are right, their customer service is the best.
 
yes they are. I also am getting the mount hardware for the lid bale for my performer at no cost. Then I called today about a ignition kit for my 2009 performer and they are sending me one of those as well at no cost !!! Ignition is only warranted for 2 years, but yet still gave it to me !!
 
Do you think if I called them and asked for a replacement "black rubber gripper" as I call it for the lid vent, that they'd sell me one?

Yes they will sell you them. I bought 6 of them last year. Less than $3 each. Sorry I dont have the item number.
