Wangs on the Big Z

Got me some Hot Wangs goin on Big Z. Just cranked the temp to 375. Was on Super Smoke for about 45 min I'll let them finish on there at 375 to get crispy. Tomorrow I have some beef short ribs waiting in the fridge. Locally raised and butchered beef from Bull Valley Farms. Pass by the place all the time going to/from seeing the old man. Stopped in yesterday. Also bought some home cured/smoked and locally raised pork bacon. The stuff ain't cheap but I sure hope it's gonna be good. Gonna make that tomorrow (the short ribs) in Big Z as well. Oldest daughter coming by tomorrow night, then she's gonna stay with wife on Tuesday AM while the CFO has her surgery.
