Hi All,
Just built a new heatermeter 4.3 with raspberri pi 3+. On my first couple of attempts, I couldn't get it to boot but then I realized that I had one of the diodes backward on the diagram (rookie mistake!). Anyhow, I now get lights to come on however, but no boot after a few minutes of watching the screen. I decided to start with the base board with 12V power and start looking at voltages. Wherever I am suppose to have 12V, I am seeing 24V on the meter. Whereever I should see 3.3V, I am seeing little to no voltage.
Any insight or troubleshooting advice would be great.... Also, one last question, the flat edge on a Mosfet...does it matter which direction it faces? For whatever reason I have it opposite the diagram on the circuit board. Would this cause a problem?
Thank you,
Moreyrd
