While visiting my inlaws last week,my BIL brought over hishome made smoker to my other BIL's house. He made it out of an old propane tank. It has a fire box underneath and a propane assist! It also has wheels,for easier transport,cause it's a beast!
He cooked WAY too many ribs and sausage. This is a small portion of what he cooked. They were seasoned with salt,garlic pepper and poultry seasoning. Tender and smokey,but the seasoning combo was a little strange. Pammi says she likes mine better. Of course! LOL

Seriously,he cooked way too much food! He cooked a slab of spares,a half a smoked sausage AND a BSCB per person! And he thought that six or seven more people were coming! While I am good for at least a half a rack(or more

) Pammi is only good for a half. And you know I wanted some tater salad and slaw!
