A few years back I restored and gifted my first Weber to my in laws. It was a spirit a, perfect little 2 burner for their small family. They had just one daughter at that time. They are now expecting twins in a few short months so it is time to gift them the second grill I built/restored, a Genesis Gold C. While it was still in decent shape it was showing some signs of neglect after sitting in the yard covered and unused all last summer. A quick one day turnaround and it's looking fresh and ready to use! Makes me want to get started on the Genesis 1000 I grabbed last summer for free
