Uneven Fuel Burn

Hi All,

I used my Stoker for the first time last weekend. After the rib cook, which went very well, I noticed that the fuel on the blower side was quite a bit more spent than the fuel on the other side of the ring (which make sense as the air is hitting the blower side most). How do those out there combat this, especially on long cooks where I don't want to lose temps at 4am?

Thanks,

JDH

Briquettes. I use Rancher and I've used Kingsford; Rancher will burn longer than Kingsford, but even with Kingsford you can get 16 hour burn out of a full ring with an ATC.
