After a fantastic lunch of leftovers ( and football
),I showed Sweet Pammi Sue a picture of someones fantastic standing rib roast. She said she wanted some for dinner. Lucky me!
So I went to Bloom's and picked up a nice two boner. Carved a nice steak off the end and got busy. Seasoned with s & p,cooked HH over Original Charcoal Co. lump and one small chunk of mesquite. Served with potato pancakes and some green beans.
Sorry I didn't get any pics,but I got two happy dogs gnawing on the bones! AND leftovers for dinner tomorrow! Life is good!
