Turkey Fatty


 
Thanks so much Gary. I loved the concept of using the large zip lock bag to roll out the turkey.
Last week I did a turkey meatloaf that was similar to a fatty (2 pounds of turkey). I stuffed it with sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and turkey pastrami. Next time I will try the zip lock bags.

Rick your meatloaf sounds delicious. I have been making chicken meatloaf for a long time by simply buying boneless skinless chicken thighs, trimming some of the fat deposits and putting 5-6 at a time in the food processor to emulsify them. Sometimes I will add a boneless breast. My meatloaves are usually about 15 thighs and I add a cup of salsa. Sometimes dry seasonings and or some cooking onion. Diced peppers are also a great addition.

When I happened upon this recipe I thought his method was pretty slick and I love dressing.
