Turkey Breast - The pre injected variety

Just a quick question...All of the info on this site stated to obtain a bird that has not been pre injected with a solution. However, while at the store today, the only turkey breasts that I saw were the pre injected variety.

Thus, right now I have 2 pre injected turkey breasts.

1) I am assuming I should not brine. Is this correct?

2) What exactly is the downside to pre injected turkey vs the type that has not been injected?

3) Is there anything I should do differently in regards to cooking now that I have the wrong type of bird?
