Trouble Contacting KillaGrilla?

Has anyone had trouble contacting KillaGrilla? I ordered a WSM 18.5" replacement 17.5" top grate through them and it's just a bit too small for comfort, I'm afraid it will fall through. I need to step up to the 17.63" replacement grate. I've sent them two emails regarding exchanging it for the larger one as I haven't used it yet and it appears they keep it in stock, but no answer.

I would be ok with a simple "No, we don't do exchanges" and would probably just buy the 17.63" in addition to the 17.5 and try make a riser out of it, but I don't want to continue to do business with them if this is how they treat their customers.

They have an Etsy page as well, you might try sending them a message on there as well.

I emailed them a few months back and they replied in about 24 hours
 
Looks like their reply_to settings weren't working correctly. Emailed them directly and he got in touch with me the same day. Went ahead and ordered the 17.63" grate.
