Yep. Walmart had fresh spares for $2.08/lb. so stocked up.

Yeah, those spare ribs at Walmart are hard to pass up on.
I can get a nice rack of them spare ribs for just under $10 that can easily feed 3 people with a couple side dishes.
They are tasty too.

One of the best values in meat anymore. I sometimes trim down to St. Louis and freeze the trimmings to use later in sausage or in a pot of beans. I've got a bunch now that I'm going to smoke in the Big Chief and use in place of ham hocks. Was going to buy some hocks last week until I saw they were almost $4/lb.
