this is an ongoing issue. weber treats folks in the usa as peons while germany and other countries get all kinds of choices. its odd that weber doesn't listen but also that the stuff is made here in the usa but shipped to europe but for some reason can't/wont be sold here were its made. just infurites me. to me weber is not the perfect company its made out to be. customer service can be lacking but their treatment of us folks here leaves a lot of questions un answered.
