Nice setup.
 
Its a rib cooking machine. took 4th at FOI with it and almost nothing was going right come turn in time. It laughs at adverse weather, it cooks super even front to back. in my wsm I pretty much have to scrap the end ribs on each rack but on this, the ends dont burn. my only complaint is right now its just not quite big enough to sell my wsm and just use one cooker. Luckily webers are great even if you dont use them regularly with the porcelin coating. Im having a cart built for it as we speak to get it up a little higher.

probably will look at selling it and my wsm and buy a bws Fatboy next year or in fall. (hope I dont get banned for saying that here)
