Deboned breast, honey brined about 18 hours, all tied up and on the Mini.

How did it turn out? I bet it was really good. A boneless turkey sounds like an awesome cook!

Turned out mighty good, but just a bit salty. Didn't taste the honey one bit, so might try to bump that up next time...I like the idea. Had to finish it in my oven because it turns out hot glue is not a good substance for a heater meter blower unit...who knew?
