Thanksgiving with no oven

I survived Thanksgiving without an oven. I did the turkey in the 26" and E6 Kamado, green bean casserole in the Traeger and the rest on the stove top. I am thankful for BBQ! I finally got an appointment for the oven repair, hopefully they can fix it.

There was one year I did a peach pie in the WSM after the turkey was finished and the smoke wood all burned away. Came out great.

Congrats, and good luck on the repair! This isn't relative but on Thanksgiving Day 2019 our clothes drier caught fire (for a few seconds). It was a 2003 model and until 2019 I replaced a few heat elements, thermistors, and a relay. But when a small and brief fire occurred within the control panel area on that Thanksgiving Day I conceded and moved it outside for scrap, lol.
