I just did my first smoke using the Stoker and StokerLog, and I must say it surpassed my most hopeful expectations. The stoker did just a great job holding temps that I have never been that relaxed doing a long smoke. Boy I can't wait to smoke again and this is why I invested in the Stoker.....so I could make it much easier to do long smokes and not lose a whole day or be up most of the night.
And the StokerLog, Amir what a great product!!! Thank you so much for investing the significant time and effort to do it. (I manage some .NET developers so I have an understanding of the time invested!) It worked great and the UI was very clean. The only thing that did not work correctly for me was the Lid Open feature (did not detect the drop in temp and shut the fan off), but I just turned the Stoker off and did that from that point on. I love that it picks the Stoker right back up when you turn it on. Like I said.....wonderful piece of software.
