Teriyaki chicken thighs, again

Well, these were a hit so they got made again.

This time I kept the teriyaki sauce thin for comparison.

Marinated them in the fridge for a few hours. Then a direct sear and then to indirect.

Served with some steamed jasmine rice and daikon radish along with a cucumber and tomato salad.

Lots of flavor. From 12 thighs, I only had 4 leftover. I guess I need to make more so next time i can expect lunch leftovers.
