So, some may recall I got a battery electric car this summer. And in so doing I installed a 60amp 240V service up to my garage. Along with a level 2 charger. I was getting ready today to change the installation slightly to accommodate wanting to be able to also have a forced air electric garage heater. So, I was getting all prepped to install the sub panel and then plan was to direct wire the charger to the 40 amp breaker in the new sub panel.
Well, I'd lost the terminal ends Apex included with the charger along with the RFID cards they'd included.
So, I emailed them re if they could send me replacements. Within 30 min phone was ringing but couldn't get to it. So, then I got the little ding ding for an email. Sure enough it was them. They were sending everything out. also sent PDFs of the files I needed.
ON a whim I called them. Got a pick up quickly from a real US English speaking person who was friendly and polite and I simply told him I followed up with the phone call to say "thanks".
This company is top notch IMO apexcharger.com
