Sweet/Spicy sauce

I concocted this about a week ago. I like a balanced sweet and tangy sauce with a little spice, so this turned out pretty good for me.

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Apple Jelly
3/4 cup Apple Juice
1 cup Ketchup
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbl Molasses
1 tsp Bufalo Chipotle Sauce (I'm sure chipotle powder and vinegar or chipotle adobo could be substituted in varying amounts; this sauce is has a very strong flavor)
3 Tbl Light brown sugar (packed)
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

I used it for the first time today on some grilled boneless pork chops and it was quite good. I thought, given how flavorful the sauce was, it might overpower the flavor of the meat, but that was far from the case. It added a different dimension, but I could taste all the pork goodness.

Cullen, you have to give this puppy a name

Looks really good. Do you simmer it,bring it to a boil or what?

Sorry, yeah, I brought it to a boil and let it simmer about 15 min. It tastes very tangy when warm, but really mellows as it cools.

I guess I'd call it "Attempt Number 7"

I just made up another batch of this and substituted some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce in lieu of the Bufalo Chipotle sauce. I used three peppers and found that it has a much better flavor, but it's a bit too spicy. One-and-a-half peppers would probably have been fine.
