I'm willing to bet this is way better than the bourbon chicken they always make me sample at the mall food court! Tell us some more about it.

Basically a bourbon and honey brine that the chicken sat in overnight in the fridge, then smoked on my WSM for a couple of hours. Very tasty I must say. The basic instructions and recipe are in Gary Wiviott's book "Low and Slow", which if you have a WSM is a must read.
