Sunday Meal prep - Pork and Beef

Made pull pork and shredded beef for my meal prep for the week. Started the pork first, a couple of hours later I added the chuck roast. I cooked the shoulder until about 208 and it was so tender. I finally got pulled pork that I could pull apart with my hands. It was so good. Same with the beef. I really should have taken more pictures, but I did take notes so I can repeat this cook.
