Stuffed Peppers on the OTG .. was trying to not heat the house up or use the microwave, thought why not the OTG .. wife cooked the stuffing inside and finished out on the grill .. the muffin pan helps keep them up right .. wow, great smokey flavor and just right cooked pepper .. used apple wood for wonderful flavor
