Stokerlog on Vista

I'm helping a buddy get his new Stoker setup and we installed Stokerlog on his laptop. We can run it directly from the directory it's installed in, however, when you create a shortcut you get an error. I tried changing the settings on the shortcut to "administrator" but it's grayed out. We're logged in as administrator on the account.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What is the error you are getting?

I'm getting a screenshot of it but I'm sure it's the must run as administrator error as the option was grayed out on the shortcut and we received an error, when run from the install directory we could change to run as administrator and it worked great. I'll have the screenshot shortly.
